Mr. Noah A. Sigler
Mr. Sigler is currently a senior at Middle Georgia State University (MGA), working to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Musicianship and an Associate of Arts in Contemporary Musicianship in 2023. He has extensive experience playing the saxophone for over 10 years. Mr. Sigler has been an active member of the MGA Jazz ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, University Band, Chamber Singers and Commericial Combos during his time at MGA. Mr. Sigler studied saxophone with Dr. Alan Clark for three years and now currently studies with Mr. Ryan Johnson. He also studies piano with Dr. Guliano Graniti. Mr. Sigler presented a research project of his at the MGA Undergraduate Conference in 2021. He is an active music educator, teaching first at Perry High School in 2019, then being hired by the Houston County Board of Education (GA) in 2020 to teach at Northside High School as a band assistant. He is a sought-after band clinician, teaching at East Laurens High School and Mary Persons High school on multiple occasions for band camps and festival camps. Mr. Sigler has substantial experience teaching private saxophone lessons for three years. He is an active member of both the North American Saxophone Society (NASA) and Percussive Arts Society (PAS). He has experience in performing musical theatre, he performed in “The Color Purple” with AAK Entertainment and “Rocky Horror Picture Show” with Theatre Macon in 2022. Mr. Sigler is a versatile member of Blacklane Highway, The Music Side of Town Blues Band and West Ridge Circle, all local performing bands.
